Packaging R Us started in 2004, working from a family home office.  Since then, the business has grown and grown.  Within 1 year, we had a small warehouse approximately 200 square metre to operate in.  And even then, it kept growing.  Early 2012, we have moved into a brand new, purpose built office / warehouse with capacity to stock 900 pallets of goods with a total area of 1,200 square meter.  This is our fifth warehouse.

The business focus has always been the same.  We provide a solution for our customer’s office and warehouse needs.  We help our customers, not just with their packaging requirements, but also with everything else they use in their office such as kitchen products, washroom products, and uniforms.  Most of our customers like that because they save time and money, they only pay 1 bill, under 1 account, deal with 1 supplier who is reliable.

We have been very lucky that we have retained customers who have been with us since the first year we started.  The key to our business is prioritizing and caring for our existing customers.   And many of them refer their friends and other businesses to us.
