Machine Warranty Clause
1. Warranty Coverage:
  • In-Warranty Period:
    The machine is covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this period, any manufacturing defects, material defects, or workmanship errors will be repaired or replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
  • Warranty Services Include:
    • The machine must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
    • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
    • The warranty excludes damages caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorised repairs.
    • Free repairs or replacement of defective parts.
    • Free labor for repairing the machine (if applicable  – within Perth metro area).
2. Out-of-Warranty Period:
  • After Warranty Expiry: Once the warranty period expires, the machine is no longer covered for free repairs or replacements under the warranty terms. However, we offer paid repair services for machines outside of the warranty period.

    • Diagnostic services and repairs at the standard rate.
    • Replacement of any parts with an associated charge for parts and labor.
    • In case the machine is deemed unrepairable, we may offer a trade-in option or a discount on purchasing a new machine, subject to availability and terms at the time.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by external factors, such as power surges or water damage or operator negligence.
4. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team or visit our authorised service center with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. For out-of-warranty services, you may still contact us for a quote.
1. No Returns: All sales of machines on this website are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds after the machine has been purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy, and no change of mind is allowed.
2. Warranty and Repairs: While we do not accept returns, we do offer a limited warranty on our machines as outlined in our Warranty Policy. If your machine experiences any defects or issues covered by the warranty, we will provide repairs or replacements according to the warranty terms.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any machine products, including for defective units, unless specified under the terms of our warranty coverage.
4. Defective Products: If you receive a defective machine, please contact us immediately within [14] days of receipt, and we will inspect and assist you with a warranty claim. A defect claim must be supported by a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.
