Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

The goods received do not match the order placed
 The goods received are faulty or defective
 The goods do not serve their intended purpose
 We are unable to fulfill the order or meet the promised delivery timeframe

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

• Once payment has been made, the product is considered sold.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• A valid invoice or receipt must accompany all returns.

Faulty or Defective Products:

• We will cover the return shipping costs.
• You may request for a replacement of the same product, a different product, or a full refund.
